RACER Select is a niche channel that knows exactly what it is: racing, and little else. No talking-head studio shows dissecting yesterday's practice times, just raw onboard feeds, full-length race replays, and the occasional documentary on engineering or track history. The schedule is built around North American open-wheel and sportscar series: IndyCar and IMSA get the most airtime, but you'll also find vintage F1 races, Supercars from Australia, and grassroots events like the 24 Hours of Lemons. Production quality varies, some broadcasts are proper network productions, others look like a dude with a GoPro at a club race. That authenticity is the appeal. Commercial breaks exist but are shorter than on the big channels; sometimes there's no break at all, just a fixed camera on pit lane. For a true gearhead, RACER Select live is essential. If you just want NASCAR highlights, this isn't your feed. But if you want to watch a mid-90s IndyCar race at Road America at midnight on a Tuesday, you'll love it.
