Programming swings hard between telenovela reruns, local news capsules, and the occasional cultural documentary that feels almost too good for the slot it occupies. The 19:00 news block cuts deeper than national networks, Bogotá crime stats, Medellín transit updates, that sort of granular reporting you don't get from Caracol or RCN. Midday belongs to variety talk shows, and the panelists argue like they genuinely dislike each other, which makes for better TV than the canned politeness. Graphics are budget-conscious and the production values won't win Emmys, but there's a scrappy authenticity here. If you want to watch Nexo TV live, it's the closest thing to channel-surfing in a Colombian living room without leaving yours. The signal holds up decently for a regional channel too, no constant buffering, just honest broadcast TV. General TV Colombia doesn't get more local than this.
