If you want to watch CW online, expect a block that knows its audience: young, online, patient with convoluted mythology. The CW live feed is clean, consistent, and free of the compression artifacts that plague smaller streams. For general TV in the United States, CW occupies a specific niche: too network for pure streaming, too niche for pure broadcast. Its biggest draw remains DC's extended universe, The Flash, Superman & Lois, but the real standouts are the unscripted experiments like Penn & Teller: Fool Us. Sure, the network's ratings are a shadow of what they were a decade ago. But that scrappy underdog energy? That's rare in American television.
