Each episode follows private investigator Joey Greco (or a substitute) as they stake out a suspect, get the confession on hidden camera, then ambush the guilty party. Production values scream early-2000s: gritty handheld footage, dramatic zooms, a narrator who sounds like he's reading pulp fiction. It's not high art, but that's never been the point. If you want to Cheaters live, expect a lot of awkward parking-lot confrontations and over-the-top reactions. The show's longevity says something about our appetite for schadenfreude. To watch Cheaters online is to step into a time capsule of reality TV's wild west era. The channel doesn't pretend to be respectable, it revels in its seediness.
