The production gap between the two halves is obvious: the car content has its own identity, while the celebrity bits look like filler from a generic lifestyle channel. Still, there's something endearing about a channel that knows exactly what it wants to be. It's not trying to compete with BBC or E!, it's a low-budget passion project that keeps running.
