Ishtar TV doesn't try to be everything to everyone, and that's its strength. For a channel categorized as general, its programming leans heavily into cultural and religious content, reflecting Iraq's Christian minority. The daytime schedule mixes music videos, talk segments, and news briefs, but the heart of the channel is its Sunday liturgy broadcasts and holiday specials. Don't expect slick production; the look is modest, even a bit dated. But there's an earnestness here that commercial Iraqi stations lack. If you want to watch Ishtar TV online, you're tuning into a perspective that mainstream networks often ignore. The news coverage is limited but pointed, community events, church affairs, diaspora stories. Ishtar TV live offers a slower, more reflective pace than the shouting matches on other channels. It's not for everyone, but for those seeking something beyond the usual Iraqi general TV, it's a quiet alternative worth exploring.
